Q: Will you send qualified engineers to do the work?

Your initial survey and quote will be completed by our Project Managers. Our team of experienced engineers will be on your job, managed by our Project Management Team (who are based in the office and attends once or twice every week).    

Q: Can I have air-con that doesn’t look like air-con?

That’s what one client asked.  So we installed a sleek mirror-fronted air-conditioning unit inside a picture frame.  It blended with the contemporary fixtures in the room and supplied a comfortable stream of air.  Give us a call to discuss your requirements.  We’ll recommend a system that’s right for you.

Q: Will the project finish on time?

We’ll give you a time estimate and work extra hard to ensure that our work is delivered according to schedule.  And we’re used to it – having worked on massive, complex systems with public-sector demands.  There are sometimes unexpected exceptions.  If we foresee a delay then we will be honest and talk to you.  

Q: What area do you cover?

Cool Runnings is based in Chigwell Essex. We cover Essex, Herts, London and the Home Counties, but now that our team has grown, our engineers travel further afield to work on projects.  In other words, please get in touch to find out if it is economically viable for us to travel out to you.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on the work?

Yes.  We provide a minimum of a 12-month guarantee on every installation, and up to 10 years on certain projects*.  If you have an air-con or ventilation system that was installed by someone else, ask about our servicing packages.
